Intro

This team of mercenaries was employed by a nameless agency that is interested in this anomalous island. The agency knows something big, unethical, illegal and most likely truly evil is happening on the island, and they want in.
They all wear the same standard-issue agency armour – bulletproof armour on the torso, shins and forearms, boots, turtlenecks and cargo pants, all in bad-guy black.

History

Each of these unbalanced fellows have a story leading up to their current employment. Seb was a highly decorated soldier serving in the American army, until he was caught selling surplus weapons to the locals. Leonardo was a drug-runners top thug, until he realised that he wasn’t getting as much money as he was owed and turned informant. Anna was a member of the British SAS who was eventually thrown out for unspecified psychological issues.

To each of these unfortunates, the agency offered a new home, erasure of all criminal records, and a bodyguard to help fend off a large gang of angry gun-wielding drug-runners – although the last one was just for Leonardo.

Personality

Seb is a mix of fierce confidence, sadistic glee and manic paranoia. He is blessed with a short temper and a simple need to use violence whenever he can. He occasionally goes off the deep end and tries to kill the scenery with whatever weapons he can get.

Leonardo is calmer, more contemplative, and generally more down-to-earth and likeable than his compatriots. However, this is also twinned with brutal hand-to-hand strength and a burgeoning pyromania.

Anna is focused beyond mortal comprehension. That also comes packaged with icy cruelty and vicious misanthropy. She tolerates her fellow mercenaries, but will gladly kill anything and everything else. Except animals. She has a weak spot for them.

Abilities

They can all shoot better than storm troopers. Each of them is quite accomplished in close combat: Seb due to frenzied beating; Leonardo due to his towering physique; and Anna because she is like the Terminator and just will not stop.
Seb is the closest thing the team has to a marksman.
Leonardo has some basic medical training and an excellent over-arm throw.
Anna is acrobatic and fast, and has an insane pain threshold.
